High Five is hiring on behalf of a fintech and e-commerce startup in Singapore that powers thousands of businesses with its payment processing and fraud detection platform. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale these core systems.

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer proficient in Laravel and Next.js to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and developing comprehensive web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Craft responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring an exceptional user experience across devices.
• Back-End Development: Develop robust and scalable APIs with PHP and Laravel, facilitating smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality & Testing: Implement best practices in testing and continuous integration to maintain high code quality and facilitate rapid deployments.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience with the Laravel framework.
• 2+ years of experience developing with Next.js and React.js.
• 1+ year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
