SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER/MANAGER/FASHION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with management and organizational skills, and experience in fashion business development, specializing in fashion design or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize teams from design to sample room to complete all tasks for production and marketing.
• Report to the C.E.O / Creative Director to coordinate brand direction and follow assigned tasks to meet all timelines and production schedules.
• Assist the marketing team in creating marketing campaigns.
• Research trends and create seasonal capsule collections.
• Create technical specifications pack.
• Coordinate with vendors from material to production sources.
• Ensure quality control and material merchandising.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Optitex pattern and grading software.
• Knowledge of modern sewing techniques and stitching, and all production processes.
• Strong management and organizational skills.

Skills:

• Set all schedules to meet deadlines.
• Costing budgets.
• Make patterns and grading for all designs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns.
