Senior Facility Services

Senior Facility Services will be responsible for handling Workplace Management Services role, including Visitor Management, Parking Reimbursement, and leaders’ requests on meeting rooms and other WPM-related matters. The role is critical for managing leaders’ requirements, overseeing the Goto Office at PCP, and supporting big events.

• Visitor Management, to ensure a seamless and secure visitor experience at Goto Office
• Meeting Room Management, to manage meeting room occupancy effectively without any complaints
• Parking registration and reimbursement - Ensure registration and reimbursement to meet SLA
• Reception Management - Ensure Reception performance meets designated roles
• Other facility services management (i.e., courier, waste, air purifier, etc.) to be managed to the highest standard

• At least 5 years of experience in related roles
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with leaders and stakeholders to meet their requirements
• Management skills
• Able to communicate in English is a must
