SENIOR EXPORT SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (Indonesia)
Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours weekly)
Working Hours: CET (Central European Time) timezone
Reports to: Executive Management Assistant & CEO

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Development Representatives to join our international sales force operating across 35+ countries. As part of our aggressive expansion strategy, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our premium niche health-focused bakery products in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate must be a proficient salesperson with proven experience in international FMCG export operations, exceptional cold outreach skills, and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales environments. This role requires a strategic mindset, relentless determination, and the ability to understand diverse international markets. Only senior sales professionals with demonstrated success in driving export growth in the FMCG sector will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

International Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across assigned international territories
  • Research and analyze target markets to identify expansion opportunities in the health foods sector
  • Develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels in new and existing markets
  • Execute comprehensive market entry strategies for our health-focused bakery product lines
  • Identify potential strategic alliances and partnership opportunities with complementary brands
  • Build and manage a robust international pipeline of qualified opportunities

Advanced Sales Execution

  • Implement sophisticated multi-channel outreach campaigns utilizing cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
  • Develop and execute customized cadences for different market segments and buyer personas
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to refine positioning and overcome objections
  • Qualify prospects based on their potential value, strategic fit, and probability of conversion
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to identify and address customer pain points
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to specific international markets

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective sales cadences
  • Document best practices for international outreach and market-specific approaches
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and market intelligence databases
  • Collaborate with the HubSpot CRM Specialist to optimize sales workflows and automation
  • Provide constructive feedback on sales tools, materials, and processes
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in HubSpot
  • Analyze sales pipeline and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and activity reports for management review
  • Track market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging approaches
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in FMCG export sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in international markets
  • Previous experience selling premium or health-focused food products is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and establish distribution channels from scratch
  • Experience with complex B2B sales cycles in multiple international markets
  • Essential: Most recent employment must be with an FMCG company with significant export operations
  • Expert-level cold-calling and cold-emailing capabilities with high conversion rates
  • Mastery of consultative selling approaches and needs-based discovery techniques
  • Strong understanding of international trade, export regulations, and market entry strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to overcome complex objections
  • Advanced prospecting abilities and strategic account targeting
  • Thorough understanding of sales psychology and buyer motivation
  • Experience developing and implementing effective sales cadences
  • Proficiency in competitor analysis and strategic positioning

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar sales automation platforms
  • Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools
  • Strong data analysis capabilities for pipeline and performance management
  • Proficiency with international communication platforms and video conferencing
  • Ability to leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms for B2B prospecting
  • Competent in creating and customizing sales presentations and proposals
