Job Description

1. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
2. Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
3. Collaborate with PMs to ensure alignment on product and engineering goals.
4. Stakeholder management - be the single PIC for all communications regarding the team and provide clear visibility into the operations of the team.
5. Establish and improve various engineering processes including agile, CI/CD, release, quality, on-call, incidents, postmortem, and knowledge sharing.
6. Ability to quickly lead projects from ideation to production.

Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge in software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle.
2. Technical hands-on experience in writing microservices based on Java; and in cloud environments such as GCP/AWS.
3. Broad experience with various technologies, such as REST/Web Service APIs, Python, Springboot, Kubernetes deployment, CI/CD tools.
4. Ability to influence others and identify best solutions among many stakeholders.
