Senior Electrical Engineering (Placement Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical documentation, including specifications, calculations, and drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Review and approve engineering designs and proposals, ensuring adherence to industry codes and standards.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to troubleshoot design issues and maintain project quality.
• Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, Professional Insinyur Indonesia, K3 Safety would be added value.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within an engineering consulting environment.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards (such as NEC), and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members as well as being proficient in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to work in Batam.
