Electrical Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing, calculating, and developing electrical systems for industrial projects, specifically in pharmaceutical facilities.
• Preparing basic and detailed design of electrical and instrumentation systems for production facilities, generating installation standards or specifications through detailed calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential energy savings.

Electrical Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Able to speak English is a must.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an electrical engineer and in electrical systems design for industrial applications.
• Ready to work immediately.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Familiarity with electrical systems and equipment.
• Understanding of electrical engineering safety standards.
• Holding SKA and other certifications is a plus.
• Experience with BMS and AIOT systems is preferable.
• Experience working at a design company, engineering company, or vendor company is preferable.
• Experience in solar panel installation, energy conversion, and calculation methods is preferable.
• Experience in preparation of tender packages (creation of specifications, material, labor, and construction cost).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
