Get to know the role:
Senior Education Consultant is responsible for working with the Program Manager (INDIES) to empower students pursuing their academic goals abroad by providing comprehensive support and personalized guidance while helping students navigate the complex process of studying abroad and achieving their dreams.

Job Highlights

• Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students on overseas study options, including university selection, application processes, and visa requirements.
• Achieve and surpass enrollment goals for the INDIES program.
• Build strong relationships with students and maintain excellent service.
• Stay updated on the latest education trends and overseas study opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the INDIES program.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to assess their academic and personal goals.
• Research and analyze overseas universities and programs that align with student interests and requirements.
• Assist students with application preparation, including essays, recommendation letters, and financial aid applications.
• Provide support and guidance to students throughout the visa application process.
• Maintain accurate student records and track progress.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other outreach activities to promote the INDIES program.

The Must Haves

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the international education landscape, including overseas universities and study abroad programs. Experience studying or living abroad is preferred.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan, and work on weekends if needed.
