As a Senior Digital Paid-Advertising Associate at BASED by Basil, you will take a senior role in managing, optimizing, and strategizing paid advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with both junior team members and clients to ensure campaigns meet their objectives and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned digital marketing professional to bring strategic insights and innovation to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to client goals, industry trends, and target audiences.
• Oversee budget management and ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets, adjusting as needed to meet KPIs and achieve optimal performance.
• Analyze and interpret campaign data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
• Create high-impact ad content, including copywriting, creative angles, visuals (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop), and audience targeting strategies.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring communication remains clear, timely, and responsive to any needs or concerns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and regularly present to clients, recommending strategic adjustments to improve future campaigns.
• Stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure clients benefit from the latest strategies and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates, reviewing their campaigns, offering advice on optimization, and ensuring alignment with best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, branding, or related fields.
• At least three years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing ad campaigns, with deep knowledge of social media algorithms, audience segmentation, and optimization strategies.
• Strong proficiency in content creation, including copywriting and visual design (experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
• Exceptional ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaigns and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to clearly present results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• A deep passion for digital marketing and a drive to continually improve skills and knowledge in the industry.
• Commitment to working under contract for at least one year.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model: WFO (Monday-Friday) and WFH (Saturday).
• Willingness to relocate to or commute to Citra Garden 2, West Jakarta.
