• Lead a combined team of Digital Apps Developers, and help them grow their skills and experience.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, architecture, solving technical problems and other areas.
• Maintain empathy for the team by keeping awareness of engineering processes and best practices. Examples might be: conducting code reviews, or working on non-critical path bugs and/or features.
• Foster an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity.
• Generate and implement improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Generate and implement code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
• Develop features and improvements to the products in a secure, well-tested and performant way; and confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance.
• Work collaboratively with Product team members and DevOps team members to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

Our palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers). Our primary activities are cultivating and harvesting oil palms, processing fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel, and refining CPO into value-added products such as cooking oil, margarine, and shortening.
