Senior Data Engineer

Data Engineer (Data Warehouse), Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture for reports and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
2. Create reports and BI dashboards needed by the organization.
3. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery needed by BI and reporting services.
4. Create the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.
5. Create analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
6. Create data tools for analytics in building and optimizing reporting services.
7. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational database system.
8. Monitor database and system operational activities in Bina Nusantara.
9. Maintain data security and accuracy in Bina Nusantara.
10. Provide excellent service towards users in relation to database authorization, change, and withdrawal (web & workgroup).

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience of 2 years as a Data Analyst or in a related field is a plus.
3. Understanding of structured query language (SQL).
4. Demonstrated experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, Qlikview).
5. Experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
6. Experience presenting findings to business partners across the organization, including executive leadership.
7. Experience with database software/web applications.
8. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, where technology is constantly changing.
