Senior Data Engineer

Role Description:

We are currently seeking an ETL Developer with strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, Apache Hadoop ecosystem, and building scalable ETL pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant data engineering experience
• Strong experience in design, development, implementation, unit testing, troubleshooting and support of ETL process using relevant Tools
• Design and implement data solutions using industry best practices.
• Experience in Apache Hadoop ecosystem (HBase, Hive, Phoenix)
• Strong experience in SQL query design and implementation
• Experience in Datawarehouse concepts and related terms
• Experience in SQL performance tuning and query optimization by indexing, partitioning and denormalization
• Well-versed with data migration techniques
• Work with stakeholders and understand their requirements
• Work with ML engineers to understand mathematical models and optimize data solutions accordingly.
• Create scripts to automate data operations.
• Experience working on CI/CD processes such as Jenkins and source control tools such as GIT
• Proficiency with workflow orchestration concepts
• Knowledge of Generate AI prompt engineering (Good to have)
