About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Lead who can lead our data analysis team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality data analysis projects on time and within budget.
2. Develop and maintain data analysis tools and processes to ensure efficient and effective data processing.
3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and present findings to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into business decisions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
