Senior Customer Service & Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Making weekly sales reports from the system
  • Preparing documents for invoices (Manual and Portal website Customer)
  • Checking invoices from vendors before sending to customers
  • Controlling stock at warehouse and forecasting stock
  • Other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • S1 / bachelor's degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited university
  • More than 5 years of Sales Admin/support experience
  • Business communication skills with common sense
  • Positive attitude towards work and ambition
  • Discipline in time management
  • A sense of responsibility for one's work
  • Conversational English skills
