Senior Customer Service & Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Making weekly sales reports from the system
  • Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer)
  • Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer
  • Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast
  • Other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • S1 / bachelor's degree from any majored Min GPA 3.00 in university accredited A
  • Has more than 5 years of Sales Admin/support experience
  • Business communication skills with common sense
  • Positive attitude towards work and Ambitious about work
  • Discipline in time
  • Have a sense of responsibility for one's work
  • Has more than conversational English skill
