Responsibilities:
Making weekly sales reports from the system
Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer)
Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer
Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast
Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
S1 / bachelor's degree from any majored Min GPA 3.00 in university accredited A
Has more than 5 years of Sales Admin/support experience
Business communication skills with common sense
Positive attitude towards work and Ambitious about work
Discipline in time
Have a sense of responsibility for one's work
Has more than conversational English skill
