Responsibilities

Team Introduction: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing.

Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

• Define localized content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences.
• Identify, onboard, and develop creators to drive the growth of key content categories and creator success.
• Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of community development efforts, including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth.
• Oversee vertical content growth progress and guide teammates to push their limits.
• Independently manage a medium-sized group of content creators/partners, develop strategies for growing and retaining creators, and foster strong relationships with them.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Able to establish contact, build trust with creators, and provide complete support on platform training and creator engagement activities.
• Strong planning skills and learning ability, data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Full proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operation experience with content creators/influencer agencies in lifestyle categories; team management experience is preferred.
• A team player who is accountable, can work under pressure, and is solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
