Senior Creative Designer

Computesta is an established digital agency based in Jakarta, providing services for social media management, event organization, and website development and maintenance. We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional capable of producing high-quality designs, taking the lead in delegating tasks among fellow designers, ensuring projects are completed on time, and effectively communicating within the team to provide the best design solutions.

Job Description:

• Create visual designs for both digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media content, website assets, posters, brochures, invitations, merchandise, and other promotional materials as needed.
• Design eye-catching ads for various online advertising platforms.
• Develop motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels/TikTok).
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a leader in assigning tasks and managing workflow within the design team.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure cohesive and impactful creative outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or agency industry.
• Strong creative and innovative mindset.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Capable of leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new design trends and technologies.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and workflow is a plus.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio submission is required with the application.
• Willing to be located in Meruya, West Jakarta.
