Senior Content Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and scheduling of micro-drama content.
• Develop and execute content plans for micro-drama, including scheduling releases and coordinating with relevant teams (Celebrity Host Project).
• Manage end-to-end high-quality & high-relevance content from strategy development, conceptualization, production to implementation.
• Create engaging and high-performing content that directly contributes to increasing GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) across all assigned accounts.
• Review and ensure the quality of all content, including visual and audio elements, and ensure no violations of content.
• Support partnership and campaigns in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok and Shopee Video.
• Provide reports and insights on content performance and trends, making recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and identify trends to keep KUKA at the forefront of TikTok.
• Work closely with the Brand Team to ensure every content aligns with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with design, brand/ecommerce, and live stream teams to develop content campaigns.
• Collaborate with an e-commerce and live streaming team about product stock and product focus.
• Monitor content performance using analytical tools and analyze data to improve future content strategies.
• Continuously optimize costs spent on ROI that are highly related to company KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the same role.
• Proven experience in content operations, ideally within the OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms or digital streaming industry or brand.
• Experience with micro-drama or short-form content is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in content management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail, particularly in quality control and translation accuracy.
