Senior Construction Project Manager

HDG Branding Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
2. Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, including managing multiple contractors and subcontractors
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address them
4. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
5. Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, including project sponsors and clients
6. Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals to drive efficiency and excellence
7. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive innovation on projects

What we're looking for

1. 15+ years' experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager, preferably in the commercial or industrial construction sector
2. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as project management best practices
3. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and find creative solutions
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
8. Proficient in English is a must
9. Proficient in Korean or Mandarin language will be a plus
