We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of architectural plans and detail.

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to execution, including site analysis, programming, design development, and construction documentation.
2. Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that reflect both contemporary and traditional Balinese architecture.
3. Mentor and manage junior architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high standards and efficient project delivery.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, offering design solutions that meet their needs while adhering to budget and timelines.
5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth integration of design and construction processes.
6. Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, technical specifications, and presentations.
7. Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability practices.
8. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control during the construction phase.
9. Address design challenges and unforeseen issues effectively and creatively, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as Senior Architect or in similar roles.
2. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, especially beach clubs.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
4. Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Creative and passionate about design.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team development environment.
8. Proven ability to lead and manage design teams, collaborate effectively with clients and contractors, and deliver projects on time.
