Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand cloud service adoption across Indonesia. This strategic role focuses on identifying new opportunities, cultivating C-level relationships, and driving cloud-related revenue. The ideal candidate is an experienced business developer with a strong track record in cloud services, IaaS, and enterprise IT solutions, capable of bridging technical value with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Spearhead the development and execution of cloud-based business initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
2. Drive the adoption and expansion of cloud computing solutions across priority sectors.
3. Develop and implement business plans to ensure the growth and profitability of cloud offerings.
4. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for cloud services.
5. Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs) and key enterprise accounts.
6. Act as the trusted advisor and point of contact for cloud customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration and revenue generation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions for vertical and horizontal industries.
9. Analyze industry trends and customer needs to tailor offerings and position the company competitively in the cloud domain.
10. Promote cloud services through both direct and channel sales efforts.

Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.
2. 7–10 years of business development experience, specifically within cloud services or IT infrastructure.
3. Deep understanding of cloud computing (IaaS), storage, networking, databases, and cloud security.
4. Proven success in managing complex cloud projects and growing enterprise customer bases.
5. Strong network and relationships within the Indonesian IT and cloud ecosystem.
6. Experience engaging with C-level executives and managing high-value accounts.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
8. Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Team player with strong independence, able to thrive in dynamic, high-performance environments.
10. Quick learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
