Senior Business Analyst - IT Consultant

Job Description

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
• Create wireframes, workflows, and user journey maps to visualize processes.
• Act as a Product Owner proxy in Agile teams, managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Define acceptance criteria for features and user stories.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployment validation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Agile best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with related background education.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of back office systems.
• Basic knowledge of databases and APIs is a plus.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP).
