Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with the developer team to deliver relevant and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with managementsto understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
2. Create business requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
3. Identify issues in current business processes and provide recommendations for solutions.
4. Work closely with developers, product designers, and QA to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
5. Ensure projects stay on schedule and identify potential risks that could impact execution.
6. Utilize data to support business decisions and provide data-driven insights.
7. Assist users in solution testing and provide necessary training when required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 –5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the technology and information industry.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum-based projects is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical diagrams such as flowcharts, ERDs (Entity-Relationship Diagrams), or wireframes.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana for project management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis (e.g., using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep analytical skills to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or dynamic work environments.
