Senior Brand Manager Innovation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related major.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing at a leading FMCG company.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Brand Manager in a leading FMCG company.
• Proven experience in product development and launching, with strong knowledge of all sales channels.
• Advanced in marketing strategy, product development, market research, communication, and ATL/BTL activities.
• Results-oriented, able to work in teams/projects with a good personality, and passionate about learning new trends.

Job Description:

• Handle NPL (New Product Launch) projects and manage new product development projects.
• Lead brand management for the new product portfolio, covering consumer insights, marketing strategy, 4Ps development, market research, product launch, forecasting, communication, branding, and promotions.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, PPIC, Production, and external partners.
• Act as project leader within project team, company and outside agencies to prepare launch plan as well as post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and support implementation of annual brand and operating plan.
