Job Description

1. Work with the local business team and partner agencies to build the product and platform;
2. Lead year-round local marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign development;
3. Execute the global brand strategy and guidelines with local insights and cultural relevance;
4. Partner with other marketing and cross-functional teams regionally and globally to achieve business objectives, including user growth, product, content, partnerships, and more.

Requirements

1. Ambition to positively impact local and global culture, and shape the future of social media;
2. 6+ years experience as a marketer in Indonesia, with a mix of brand, go-to-market, and partnerships experience, ideally in a startup or hyper-growth environment;
3. Deep experience leading marketing initiatives from insights to integrated execution;
4. Experience partnering with global/regional teams to activate a brand strategy locally;
5. Experience in consumer tech, social media, and streaming video strongly preferred;
6. Organized and detail-oriented, but also comfortable operating in a dynamic, startup-like environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve or pivot plans as needs and priorities.
