Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in the design, engineering, database configuration, validation & commissioning of substation automation solutions using EPAC/PACiS, Vijeo Citect, PSO + PME for Data Center, O&G, etc.
• Handle projects starting from specification, design & validation, customer meetings, and approval on the design submission.
• Manage end-to-end project processes from tendering validation to panel manufacturing and commissioning.
• Well-versed in communication protocols such as Modbus SL/TCPIP, IEC 61850, IEC-101/104 protocol, etc.
• Fully conversant with communication network design, configuration & commissioning, including latest standards such as RSTP, PRP, HSR, Dual Hoaming, etc. Knowledge about routers, modems & firewalls is an added advantage.
• Develop substation automation projects with BCU/PLC programming/DCS/DDC/IED using Ladder, FBD, ST, Script, ISAGRAF.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for project scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, design approval, etc. for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with panel manufacturing team for smooth execution and quality assurance.
• Lead a team to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests on manufactured products/systems.
• Validate tendering documents and design documents.
• Perform engineering & commissioning activities for short- and long-term deputation.
• Conduct customer FAT.
• Demonstrate good English communication skills.
• Must be able to work and think independently; self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Control Relay Panel & Remote Terminal Unit design.
• 6+ years of experience in PLC programming and HMI Scada.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical automation/industry process automation/building automation.
• Experience in protection relay configuration & testing.
• Experience in networking configuration and network monitoring (VLAN, routing, redundancy, IP management).
• Experience in configuration and administration in databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of programming - web-based/desktop-based (PHP, ASP, C++, C, VBScript, Python).
• Strong understanding and experience in standard protocols used in automation (Modbus, IEC61850, DNP3, IEC101, IEC104, BACnet, LonTalk).
• Able to perform operating system and workstation/server administration configuration (Windows and Linux based).
• Knowledge of various protections like Feeder Protection, Differential Protection, Distance Protection, Busbar Protection, Generator Protection, Motor Protection applications.
• Familiar with IEC & ANSI standards.
• Familiar with customer standards and specifications (Indonesia and Global).
• Familiar with numerical relays from Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Alstom, GE, etc.
• Familiar with Modicon PLC and PSO-PME HMI Scada.
• Good in English communication, both writing and speaking.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Curious with the ability to learn continuously.
• Proficient with all MS Office applications.
• Experience with AutoCAD & Elec desk and other engineering tools; E-base/E-Plan will be an added advantage.
