Job Description

1. Develop and implement comprehensive app install advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
2. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of app install campaigns across various platforms (Google app install Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc).
3. Oversee end-to-end management of app install campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
4. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
5. Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
6. Identify optimization opportunities/growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in app install advertising.
9. Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
10. Implement innovative strategies that align with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in app install advertising.
11. Mentor and lead a team of app install marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
12. Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
13. Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team.
14. Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
15. Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

1. Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on app install advertising.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
4. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
5. Proven track record of managing and optimizing app install advertising campaigns.
6. Exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, producing immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability.
7. A sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture.
8. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis.
9. Good communication skills, self-driven, loves challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
12. Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
13. Proven track record of managing team members.
