Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
• Has minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition area.
• Has solid experience in Human Resource area.
• Experience in dealing with users.
• Experience in massive hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Client service oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent English, both speaking and writing.
• Strong in data analytics as well as computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably experienced in using HRIS System.
