Working within a high performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People & Organisation projects in the field of HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Workforce Transformation, and People Analytics.

About The Role:

Client Engagement:

  1. Assist in leading client engagements focused on workforce transformation initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Support the development of tailored solutions and strategies to address workforce challenges and drive organizational change.
  4. Work as part of a team to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of outcomes.

Workforce Analysis and Planning:

  1. Conduct detailed workforce analysis, including data gathering, interpretation, and synthesis.
  2. Assist in developing workforce planning models and forecasts to support talent management decisions.
  3. Contribute to the identification of skills gaps, talent shortages, and areas for improvement within client organizations.

Organizational Design Support:

  1. Support organizational design assessment and restructuring efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Assist in analyzing current organizational structures, processes, and roles to identify opportunities for streamlining and alignment.
  3. Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational restructuring plans and change management activities.

Change Management:

  1. Participate in change management activities to facilitate organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Assist in communicating the vision, benefits, and impacts of workforce transformation initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
  3. Support training efforts, workshops, and communication campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of change initiatives.

About You:

  1. 4-6 years of experience: Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, or related fields; preferably with consulting, fintech, and startup experience.
  2. Good subject matter knowledge across a range of workforce-related capabilities such as change management, leadership, and organization design.
  3. Consulting acumen: proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services, driving value for clients, and exceeding expectations. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments.
  4. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and build strong client relationships.
  5. Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive team.
  6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
