On behalf of our client, a Manufacture company that is looking to hire a Senior Architect with details below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects
2. Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
3. Responsible for designing and planning in accordance with the project owner
4. Manage technical and detailed design as well as project management
5. Involvement in presentations & managing clients' expectations
6. Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in a dynamic environment (e.g., on-site survey, supervise and hunt items, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
3. Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit, rendering for Sketchup: Vray / Enscape / Lumion / Corona and other design software
4. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
