Senior Architect

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.30
2. At least 4-5 years of experience as a Project Architect / Architect in the field of residential / high rise
3. Hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. IAI certification

Overall Job Responsibilities:

1. Designing master plan designs for projects under BETA DESIGN STUDIO, which include landed houses, shop houses, facilities, etc.
2. Supervising the building and the workers
3. Revising shop drawings
4. Designing infrastructure and supporting buildings
