Senior Architect

Requirements:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architect with 3 years of experience in Architectural & Consulting.
• Demonstrated general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, engineering principles, and building codes.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Required skill(s): V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Presentation.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English - Good communication in English.
• Full-Time position available.

Job Description:

• Prepare design concepts.
• Coordinate with the team regarding the planning process.
• Lead the team to execute the concept and present it to the client.
• Ensure respect for the quality and quantity of the planning design.
• Discuss the objectives, requirements, and budget of projects to be carried out.
• Process interior and exterior design concepts for buildings.
• Create designs according to client specifications.
• Produce design drawings for clients.
• Enhance final construction planning to showcase the appearance of the building.
• Receive sketches or design directions from Directors/Principals, develop designs into buildable reality, and efficiently coordinate with consultants and others to bring designs to fruition.
