Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing the design and delivery of high-quality projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural designs that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s standards for quality and luxury.
• Client Interaction:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions.
  • Present designs and proposals in a professional and engaging manner.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to achieve seamless project delivery.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Address design challenges with innovative solutions and ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, including luxury residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use developments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and standards in Indonesia.
  • Revit is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality architectural designs.
• Licensing: Architect’s license (preferred).
• Position Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
