Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be the driving force behind our already acclaimed villa designs, ensuring they are both visually captivating and functionally impeccable. You will work closely with our project teams, interior designers, clients, and management team to turn visions into unique villas. This role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of luxury living in Bali and be a part of a dynamic, collaborative, and creative environment.

This is a senior position so proven experience and track record as a senior Architect is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for luxury villa projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure design concepts align with project goals and client expectations.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee potential land inspections to ensure they are fit for future developments.
• Oversee site visits and inspections to ensure construction adheres to design and quality standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, with a focus on sustainability, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an architect (at least 5 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury villa projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects is a plus.
• Experience on sustainability development, low carbon materials and energy efficiency is a plus.

Other key requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English a must
• Must be based in Bali or able to relocate to Bali
• This position primarily requires on-site presence in the Bukit Peninsula.
