Senior Architect

Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of Architects and Drafters, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture while encouraging professional growth.

2. Strategic Planning and Client Interaction:

• Attend client meetings to understand design needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Gather client requirements and space availability information.
• Create initial design sketches, concepts, and plans aligning with the client's vision.
  

3. Project Timeline and Resource Management:

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Source materials and products necessary for architectural designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement.
  

4. Design Development and Presentation:

• Generate detailed architectural drawings and plans, including 3D renderings.
• Create visual representations to aid in the conceptualization and presentation of architectural designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings for construction documentation.
  

5. Construction Documentation and Coordination:

• Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of construction-related documents.
• Review submissions and address design-related queries during the construction phase.
• Implement third-party drawings from specialists into architectural plans.
• Coordinate with Architects and Drafters for seamless integration.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Proven leadership experience in managing architectural teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team leadership.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and execute architectural visions.
