Senior Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise daily accounting activities, ensure all transactions posted timely and accurately
• Review taxation compliance and filing, facilitate discussions with tax consultant where necessary
• Supervise team in performing monthly closing process, analyse fluctuations
• Prepare monthly financial statements for management and investors evaluation
• Assist business units in maintaining and developing new revenue streams
• Monitor the company's operating expenses
• Supervise external audit process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
• Advanced knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulation
• Having Brevet A & B certification
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven leadership skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
