Senior Accounting Specialist

About the role

As our Senior Accounting Specialist, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain monthly closing and regular reporting on time.
3. Maintain all supporting documents, including those to support the audit process.
4. Assist Lead to align with business/product team to set accounting entries for new products.
5. Monitor audit and accounting issues.

Minimum Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2. 3-4 years of accounting experience in the Fintech Industry (Off Balance Sheet experience would be a plus).
3. Able to manage monthly closing and reporting.
4. Experience with project new system migration.
5. Familiar with Accounting Principles and Journaling.
6. Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis, or Spreadsheets.
7. Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
8. Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members and external divisions.
