Senior Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Cost Allocation Techniques: Knowledge of how to allocate indirect costs (e.g., overhead) to various products.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in preparing budgets and forecasting future costs based on historical data, production plans, and market trends.
3. Cost Analysis: Ability to analyze variances between standard and actual costs, identifying areas of inefficiency or excess expenditure.
4. Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory valuation methods like FIFO, LIFO, or weighted average cost, and their impact on cost calculations.
5. ERP and Accounting Software: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and strong skills in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) to analyze and report data.
6. Financial and Management Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate reports for management, highlighting cost control and profitability metrics.
7. Financial and Management Analyst: Ability to analyze the financial data of the Company.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, maximum 32 years old.
2. 3+ years of experience in the accountancy field or an equivalent role.
3. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is generally required.
4. Professional Certifications: Certifications like Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) are highly valued as they demonstrate a higher level of expertise in cost accounting.
5. Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to use Excel for complex data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling.
6. ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and cost accounting modules to streamline reporting and analysis.
7. Willingness to work in a team or individually, as required.
