AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. You will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology for this segment of high potential set of enterprise customers in Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  2. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS service.
  3. Create & maintain an opportunity pipeline and drive consistent account-specific activities.
  4. Work with partners to extend reach & promote adoption.
  5. Manage complex customer interactions.
  6. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 6+ years of high tech sales, business development and new logo acquisition experience. Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise customers.
  2. Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies.
  3. Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses.
  4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  5. Good understanding in the areas of cloud computing and enterprise software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience managing strategic accounts and working with multiple business units and technology teams.
  2. A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing or related field.
  3. Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred.
  4. A strong understanding of AWS and/or other cloud provider technology as a service would be preferred but not required.
