Security Solution Architect

• Develop and Implement Security Architecture
  - Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive security architectures for applications, systems, and networks.
  - Ensure security architecture aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Risk Assessment and Threat Modeling
  - Conduct security assessments and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities in applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  - Recommend and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Provide Security Expertise
  - Act as a technical expert on security topics for project teams and stakeholders, guiding them on secure design practices and policies.
  - Work with IT and development teams to ensure security is integrated at every stage of development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams
  - Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and data teams to implement security solutions.
  - Engage with business units to understand their needs and design security solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and Enhance Security Posture
  - Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to improve the organization’s security posture.
  - Conduct regular audits and reviews of security systems to ensure ongoing protection against emerging threats.
• Security Incident Management and Response
  - Participate in incident response planning, including the development of response protocols and procedures.
  - Provide expertise during security incidents to minimize impact and ensure rapid resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on architecture or engineering.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing secure architectures across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with network security, cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption techniques.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and DLP solutions.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to explain security concepts and issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating risks and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
