Job description

This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality improvement, security performance, and security system development to prevent potential loss or fraud from all operational business processes.
(Note: This position is for multiple headcounts and will be placed in Surabaya and Depok)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Writing reports to the Supervisor regarding the security prevention program, security assessment, and security training activities that need to be addressed.
  2. Monitor & implement strategy in terms of quality improvement related to the security part for all business processes, security policies, and procedures to prevent security breaches or violations of laws.
  3. Managing the daily operations of security management, including the security enhancement program, security assessment, security training, and security toolbox check daily activities.
  4. Monitor and involve the progress of investigations from external parties on possible violations of fraud or other criminal activities to determine facts.
  5. Monitor work and provide direction to staff members, including outsourced staff who are still included in the organizational structure under Security Management.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum education background is Bachelor (S1) in Law (Litigation), Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Management.
  2. Have at least 1 certification in Security System (Gada Pratama), HSE (AK3U), Fraud/Internal Auditor (CFA, CrFra, CIA), Risk Management (CRMP), or Compliance Management (CCMP).
  3. Ability to manage a team and also develop team skills and capabilities.

Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in managing Security vendors.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing process improvement or process engineering.

Competency

  1. Ability to communicate in foreign languages (e.g., English).
  2. Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  3. Able to analyze and create a security roster system.
  4. Able to use applications or Logistics systems (SAP, LOP, and others).
