Job Description

• Fraud Prevention: Detecting and investigating fraudulent activities (cheating, scam) in casino and Resorts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to procedures.
• Surveillance: Monitoring activities through surveillance systems to prevent and investigate suspicious characters.
• Reporting: Documenting and reporting incidents (violations, irregularities).
• Collaboration: Working with law enforcement agencies when needed.
• Overall, this function is important in protecting the company’s reputation and operational integrity.

Attributes

• No criminal records.
• Healthy financial background, including no history of bankruptcy or significant debt issues.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Degree in law enforcement, hospitality management, business administration, or related discipline.
• Advanced certification or specialized training in security or fraud investigation.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (for reporting and interacting with customers or staff).
• Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
