Section Leader Industrial Relation

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR
• Have a BNSP Training of trainers (TOT) competency certificate
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation
• Deep understanding on Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.
• Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Have a good knowledge about IR Management (SKKNI – Kepmen 307/2014)
• Proficient in English both written and oral
• Able to speak Japanese is preferred
• Have a good analytical thinking and good decision maker
• Team Player, able to work under pressure and fast
• Communicative, supple, thorough, and have a strong principle

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
• Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
• Propose and manage budgets
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
• Evaluate the section's systems and programs
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
• Implement improvements to work systems
