We are hiring for a Secretary (Korean Speaker) with details as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
• Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
• Conducting business analysis and research in Indonesia.
• Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
• Additional administration tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Economic or Business major.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Secretary (Fresh graduates who are fluent in Korean are welcome to apply).
• Business Level proficiency in English & Korean language (both speaking and writing) is a MUST.
• Meticulous, communicative, and able to complete tasks on time.
• Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta.
• Able to join ASAP is preferred.
