Your Role

You will be responsible for leading, directing, and optimizing your customer care location team (CCL) to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver and reinforce our CCL core competencies with a dedicated focus on sea logistics - export.
  • Conduct regular conversations with all direct reports to discuss and ensure traction on delivering performance and development goals.
  • Ensure the best-in-class customer onboarding and relationship management for all sea logistics - export customers.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls, ensuring complete and correct customer contact data, service data, and changes in our systems including customer reporting for SME customers.
  • Conduct daily and weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify and resolve business issues.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls, including customer complaint management and service recovery, aiming for consistent delivery and fulfilling the customer promise.
  • Anchor the usage and improvements of CCL core systems.
  • Drive customer adoption of our eco-system.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 3 - 5 years experience in the Logistics Industry, preferably in Sea Logistics Export.
  • Bachelor's degree from any field.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and drive the team to achieve results.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and people orientation.
  • Proven customer engagement skills and ability to handle complaints.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • Able to deliver messages confidently and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
