What You’ll Be Doing

As a Scrum Master at GigRadar, you’ll be the driving force behind agile practices, fostering collaboration and efficiency across development teams. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth sprints, remove roadblocks, and enhance team performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

1. Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
2. Team Support: Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, promoting a culture of self-organization and accountability.
3. Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor sprint progress, track key Agile metrics, and provide transparent reporting.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospective insights into action, fostering a mindset of growth and learning.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and a passion for guiding teams to success. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Succeed

1. Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master in a tech-driven environment.
2. Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
3. Communication Skills: Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
4. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and removing roadblocks.
5. Tools & Tech: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other Agile tools.
6. Certifications (Preferred): CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications.
