Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
   1. Develop and implement the SAP roadmap aligned with organizational strategies.
   2. Lead SAP projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and implementations.
   3. Manage the SAP team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
2. System Implementation and Maintenance
   1. Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
   2. Ensure SAP systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
   3. Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
   1. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with operational needs.
   2. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
   3. Ensure user training and support for SAP systems.
4. Project Management
   1. Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
   2. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
   3. Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP initiatives.
5. Compliance and Security
   1. Ensure SAP systems adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. Have Experience 2 times Full Cycle SAP Implementation
2. SAP Global Certified
3. Expert SAP Module FICO / MM / SD/ CS
4. Positive mindset and result-oriented
5. Ability to work long hours within a team and individually
6. Effective communication and high standards of accuracy
7. Highly analytical skills
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
