Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Human Resources Consultant at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT). The consultant will be responsible for human resources management, human capital optimization, organizational management, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance HR processes. The role involves working with Mobile Switching Centre Server (MSS) technologies to streamline HR operations and improve workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Education: S1/D4 preferred IT related
2. Experience in HR module as a consultant minimum of 3 years with experience handling interfacing using AP
3. Knowledge in HR submodules OM, PA, TM, PD, PY
4. Good communication skills, fast learner, understanding of business process standards in SAP related HR modules, experience as AMS / Operation, focus, and commitment to providing solutions based on SLA would be an advantage.
