SAP Consultant Trainee (Fresh Graduate Program)

We are looking to collaborate with talented individuals who aim to be future highly skilled SAP Consultants. The qualified candidate will be continuously groomed to become SAP Consultant (Functional & Technical) through intensive in-house training continued by on-the-job training under supervision and mentoring by Senior Consultant and Manager.

The candidate will be assigned to PT Equine Global.

Responsibilities:

• Functional Consultant: Responsible for configuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution based on SAP Functionalities through:
  • Analyzing client business requirements thoroughly.
  • Engaging in discussions with clients to enhance their business processes effectively.
  • Configuring SAP systems according to the specific needs of the client.
  • Delivering comprehensive training sessions and facilitating knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Managing the conversion process and ensuring smooth data upload into the system.
• Technical Consultant: Responsible to:
  • Collaborate closely with functional analysts and key users to deliver customized solutions.
  • Modify functionalities, report development, conversions, output, and interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or entry-level professional with maximum 1-year working experience
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Functional Consultant: Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Computerized Accounting, Information System
• Have knowledge or basic certification in SAP is a competitive advantage
• Fast learner and good analytical thinking
• Have high interest and enthusiasm with anything related to SAP
• Able to work in a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel and be stationed at the implementation sites across Indonesia
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Able to join as soon as possible
