We recruit people with no IT experience who are fluent in Japanese, train them as IT consultants, and support them in implementing ERP systems (SAP) in customer projects.

# Job description overview

1. ERP system (SAP) implementation and operational support.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience From IDR 15,000,000 gross.
3. 3+ years of working experience IDR 20,000,000-IDR 32,000,000 Gross.
4. Up to the second year of employment: possible salary increase up to IDR 41,260,000 Gross.

Note: Salary will be adjusted according to experience and skills.

# Qualifications

1. Business communication skills in Japanese (Equivalent to N2 or more).
2. Experience in finance, accounting, procurement, production, logistics, or other relevant fields.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
5. Working hours Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break).
6. Laptop provided.
7. Childcare allowance Rp 4,470,000 per month until primary school entry.

# Job Description

1. Configuration of customized ERP solutions.
2. Design and conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
3. Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
4. Assist in the preparation of master data (customers, suppliers, products, materials).
5. Support the development team with user requirements and customization functions as required.
6. Follow up on reporting tasks (weekly, monthly, etc.).
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
